1. Since you’re out on the road all of the time, I’m sure you don’t have time to play fantasy sports. But, what’s your take on them?

I think that they are a phenomenal waste of time and yet another way for Americans to spend their lives living vicariously through the accomplishments of others rather than get off their lardy asses and do somthing. That said – I’d probably be in a fantasy league if I had the time.

2. Chris Henry, the third wide receiver for the Cincinnatti Bengals was just arrested for the third time in six months for a DUI in which he registered a .092 blood-alcohol level. This will PROBABLY end his career after the impending suspension. What’s your take on ending your career with a .092 BAC?

I have a 9 year-old niece that I’d trust to drive at .092. Regardless, I’m always saddened when someones off-field activities effect their job. He runs around with a ball for a living. No reason he shouldn’t be allowed to play at .092, much less drive.

3. You’re a Detroit Lions fan, if I remember correctly. In the 2005 season, who would’ve won in a slap fight, Joey Harrington or Jeff Garcia?

You remember correctly only partially. I am a lions fan but only of the ones that ate Christians.

4. Why won’t people leave Ricky Williams alone? Does he deserve the flack that he receives? Najeh Davenport, Green Bay running back, broke into his ex-girlfriend’s apartment and got busted taking a dump in her closet. Michael Pittman, Tampa Bay running back, has tried to kill his own family a couple of times. But, that’s just business as usual. What’s the difference?

The NFL has to take a hard stand against drug use if only for self-preservation. If people started doing the right drugs, they would realize how pointless it is to sit around watching sports.

5. Who is the biggest blowhard announcer? A) Joe Theissman B) John Madden C) Someone else

I watch with the mute button on. But I’ll say John Madden isn’t as much of a blowhard as the Mad TV guy milking the Madden impression for ten years.
