2008 RotoDestroyer Fantasy Football Draft Kit – NOW AVAILABLE!

by Polish Powerhouse

You like how I used capitalization in the “NOW AVAILABLE” to add excitement to the statement? Well, you should, because it’s a very exciting statement. For everyone. It’s exciting for me because it means that I can finally take a break from 2 months of staring at stats and spreadsheets. It’s exciting for YOU because now you don’t have to do any of the work that I just did for you.

Read about it and buy it here.

I’ve been doing these draft kits for baseball and football for 5 years now and am consistently bombarded with praise afterward and throughout the season. This season won’t be any different. So, give it a shot. Don’t you think your time is worth $5.99?

Please let me know when the draft kit will be sent out to those that have purchased it. It is a great product but I purchased it a week ago and am interested in finding out about delivery.

After you purchase it, you should be prompted to download it. If you have any issues where you don’t get an immediate download, go to the Contact page and let me know. I have had problems with PayPal in the past with this specific problem, so I’m not surprised to hear it again.

Jason, as for you, I will see if I can hunt down your email address in my account and shoot it out to you shortly. If you don’t hear from me in the next couple of hours, send me your email address via the Contact page.

Sorry about the problems (and thank you for the compliment. I 100% agree, by the way.)

    Hi,
I just purchased and downloaded the 2008 football draft kit. It looks great and will definitely be a big help for my season.

The glossary mentions that VBD and FFPG are based on my league’s scoring system that I enter on the first page. But there was nowhere to enter that information. Did I miss something?

If I can not enter any values, can you tell me the scoring system that you used to create the VBD and FFPG numbers please?

    Thanks!

BTW – I tried the Contacts page, but got some Javascript error and my question never got sent.

Well, crap… That’s two thus far, Shooter… Sorry, I can’t help a Happy Gilmore reference.

I apologize for the glossary mix up. To be honest, I just copy and pasted the majority of the glossary from last season’s. This season, I copied the master and pasted it into the retail version to remove all formulas after i started seeing some of my stuff on other people draft kits. So, that effectively ended the dynamic VBD and Projected Fantasy Points deal for now.

The numbers used to get the figures you see are this:

    12 Teams
Yahoo Default Settings (6 pts per all TDs, 25 yards passing, 10 yards rushing receiving…)

Also, thanks for bringing up the Contacts issue. It worked when I put it into place and I haven’t checked it since.

If the dynamic stuff not being there anymore has ruined the whole thing for you, I can run the numbers for your league and try and put something together for you.

Glad you enjoyed it, though. Don’t be afraid to tell your friends.

A few bad apples always ruin things for the rest of us. oh well…you’re system is close enough to my league.

i did notice that there are no projections for any rookies. oversight or intended?

    thanks again!

Intended. The projections I create are based on previous NFL experience. I could just type some numbers in there, but that wouldn’t be very accurate. I could project by using their college numbers, but that wouldn’t be accurate either. So, they’re just blank.

Used this for 5 yrs now and have 1 championship 2 2nd place finishes and playoffs every year. Great for Mock drafts and super good on live draft day. I especally like the VBD concept.

Wow! Now, that’s the kind of thing I love to hear. I can’t take credit for VBD. But, it is an awesome tool. I’m really happy to read this.

Question: If Farve does start for Green Bay where do you rank him? Between Rothensburger and Hasselback?

  10. Fishy says:

I can’t believe you got rid of overall dynamic VBD and adjusting your own scoring…that made the kit for me. If it made sense to “refund,” which it doesn’t since you can’t guarantee I would erase it, I’d ask for a refund.

I understand your concern with people copying stuff, but I know you can hide formulas so I don’t see how that is an issue.

Anyways, I saw you were willing to run different numbers for someone so iin hopes you will do the same.

It’s a 10 team league and I can email you the scoring. We’re a little different in that TE get a point per reception and for YDS.

The VBD/flex rocked last year and i’m sorely disappointed.
