The failure to address the running back position over the past 5 years and passing on such players as Maurice Jones-Drew, Ray Rice, LeSean McCoy, etc has also put all the pressure on the passing game that relies on its quarterback (Brady – still great but clearly not healthy) and its WRS (Welker – unlikely to be 100% next year and Moss – great but takes off way too many plays).
